Comprised of best friends and lovers, Ned, Ethan, Bec and Van, Stimpies have been around the ringer, honing in their Rock & Roll sound, pulling concepts from the blues, psychedelia, proto-punk, and country, as well as alternative indie and Australiana.

After the successful debut of their first album, Spent the Night with a Spirit (2024) and a sold-out Australian tour, the tight-knit crew travelled around the country’s coastline, finding inspiration in Australian people, landscapes, cultures, flora and fauna, as well as the connections between family, friendship, love.

They followed this up with more shows in 2025, and have shared stages with Frenzee, C.O.F.F.I.N, The Gnomes, The Grogans, Old Mervs, and The Belair Lipbombs.

‘Young Life’ is the follow up to their recent single ‘Planet of Love’ - their first release in two years which was Rage special featured and saw them launch a new era for the band to a packed-out Night Cat. ‘Young Life’ is hook-filled banger that pulls crowds together before blowing them apart again, nearly breaking the floor at its live debut in January.
